St. Paul's Episcopal Cathedral

Lent at the Cathedral

In addition to our regular services, St. Paul's is offering three special weekday opportunities, every week from now until Holy Week, to help you "observ[e] a holy Lent":

"Souper" Wednesdays
Every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. we will meet in Trakel Hall (at the rear of the parish building) for a simple supper of soup, bread, and fruit, followed by a presentation by Dean Patrick on The Spiritual Disciplines of Lent. (Please e-mail our office at before noon on each Wednesday if you plan to join us for the meal, so that we will have enough food.)
Stations of the Cross
Every Monday at 6:00 p.m., Deacon Mike will lead us through the Stations of the Cross around the perimeter of the Nave of the cathedral building. Join us as we retrace the footsteps of Jesus during his Passion.
Noonday Prayer
Every weekday at 12:05 p.m., Dean Patrick will lead Noonday Prayer at the front of the cathedral building (in the Quire). This daily office only takes about 15 minutes, but adds a remarkably meaningful prayer discipline to your Lenten observance.

Come join us for any or all of these, on any week. All are welcome!
